Many businesses have not considered how working with individuals from different cultures will impact business processes. Program recommendations are based on a trademarked cross cultural solutions analysis developed over two decades of working with clients. It is a strategic functional analysis of culture through six comprehension “lenses” and the application of that analysis to the particular business challenge, conflict, or training issue.  The Business Model of Intercultural Analysis (BMIA) was honed by years of research, case studies and empirical application to various businesses across many nations.  Year after year, the process is refined and business and cultural trends are updated, but the underlying concepts are so rooted in the human dimension that they are, in effect, timeless.
