CROSS-CULTURAL TRAINING
Some Universal Consensus trainings are trademarked due to the unique methodology used. The training sessions are described in detail below but may be hand crafted based on the specifications of the client.
While the trainings may be requested globally, programs occur predominantly in the U.S., China, Japan, Korea, Mexico, India, Pakistan, Iberia, Italy, Greece, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, Australia, and select regions of Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
CULTURAL FRAMEWORK ANALYSIS TRAINING™
All the training and consulting we do is based on a trademarked framework developed by Universal Consensus called Business Model of Intercultural Analysis (BMIA), which is a strategic functional analysis of culture through a number of “lenses” and the application of that analysis to the particular business challenge, conflict, or training issue. This training is unique in that it gives the participants the tools by which to analyze any culture anywhere in the world.
EAST MEETS WEST: INTER-CULTURAL CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING™
Universal Consensus has developed a trademarked cross-cultural conflict resolution training which adapts the Western Facilitative Mediation Model into a paradigm that more closely aligns with Non-Western cultures. She further adapts that paradigm to the specific culture of the participants. Participants can then use this training to assist in avoiding conflict and when that conflict does occur, they are better prepared to resolve it effectively. Universal Consensus has trained organizations, businesses, and government delegations from more than 25 countries around the globe who have then gone on to train their colleagues and countrymen and collaborate to create positive work environments, community solutions regarding cultural conflict, as well as an increase in effective communication related to geo-political conflict across borders.
