TRAINING METHODOLOGY

The BMIA™ is the Universal Consensus proprietary “Business Model of Intercultural Analysis” and is the framework we use for all our trainings. There are basically two ways of solving clients’ problems: solving it for them, or empowering them to solve them. Training is all about empowering organizations to address existing challenges and transferring skills and tools that enable them to move forward.
